■ Venue :
Session 1, 3 :EEI Building (North Building 3) 1st floor Innovation Hall  
Session 2, 4 :West Building 8, E, 10th floor, Large Conference Room

■ Presentation Procedure

  1. At the venue, please sit in the designated seat. (Numbers are attached to the seats)
  2. Bring your computer and connect to Zoom in advance. When it is your turn, move to the podium and share your slides by screen.
  3. When you present, please turn on the Zoom video on your computer.
    Audio will be provided by the venue’s microphone, so please turn off the Zoom microphone.
  4. The name displayed on Zoom should be “paper #_IISE number_your name“.
    e.g. “1-1_ISE25001_Taro”
  5. Since the venue has only a few power outlets, please make sure your computer is fully charged.
  6. You will have 3- minute talk and 3- minute Q&A. An alarm will sound 3 and 6 minutes after the start of the presentation. Do not go over the time limit.
  7. Once the presenter before you has started the presentation, please move to a waiting seat near the podium. (Don’t forget to connect to Zoom in advance.)
  8. After finishing your presentation, please return to your designated seat.

■ Points of view for review

  1. Two types of awards are available for outstanding presentations.
  2. Novelty Award: Judged from the perspective of new value and originality achieved through fusion.
  3. Impact Award: Judged from the perspective of ripple effects from a social or academic perspective.  

■Group photo shoot

Once everyone has finished their presentation, we will take a group photo, so please move quickly to the photo location.
